Terms and conditions of Khyle.org.uk/coma

1. This competition is open to anybody.
2. The webmaster's decision is final. 
3. Ideas you submit, if chosen, may not accurately reflect your original idea.
4. The data you submit will not be used for any other purpose than to allow the webmaster at Khyle.org.uk (Khyle Westmoreland) to winners know they have won.
5. As with anything on the Internet, data is not completely secure and can be viewed by other parties. If you do not agree to this please do not submit the form. 
6. It is the webmaster's decision how many ideas can be used and there may not be one overall winner.
7. If you win you agree that your name will be available for others to see worldwide as part of a Macromedia Flash Animation. 
8. Other details will be available on the Flash Animation only with the permission of the winner.

10. Automatic submissions are not allowed, there is a security feature in place to attempt to combat this.
11. The web hosting company and its affiliates are in no way connected with this competition.
12. The web hosting company currently powering Khyle.org.uk may change without notice. For this reason please do not bookmark the pages on that server, instead please use links on the domain Khyle.org.uk, which will still be available if others are not.
13. These terms and conditions are subject to change with no advance warning or notification. If the terms and conditions do change and you wish to cancel your submission(s), please do so either by emailing coma@khyle.org.uk or using the feedback form.
